Rates
We offer Mother's Place 3 bedroom home on a weekly, daily or short term basis. A $100 security deposit is requested to hold your reservation. Wolfe-Gilbert House is $175 security deposit. Rates may vary by group. A cleaning fee and a pet fee may also be collected. Please let us know what type pet will be visiting. In regards to holidays, festival and race weekends, we reserve the right to request a minimum stay. Rates subject to VA sales tax of 5.3%.
Please note, the property is not confirmed as rented until deposit or payment is received. A deposit may be sent by pressing "buy now" below. For full credit card payments, an invoice can be sent to your email.
Full payment is required 30 days in advance of stay. For those who do not use email or credit cards, we will mail your contract.
Mother's Place
3 bedroom, sleeps 6 max.
Single bath with full tub/shower. Features include a queen bed, double bed and two single beds. Furnace heat, air conditioning and gas fireplace. Sheets and towels provided. Washer and dryer available. No smoking.
Price: $100 per night for 2, $12.50/person additional

Wolfe-Gilbert House
5 bedroom, sleeps 10-large, group choice.
Double baths with large, seated showers, 4 queen beds, two single beds. Comfort air. Dining for 10, Sheets and towels provided. Washer and dryer available. No smoking.
2 bedrooms, 1 bath, main level only, (upstairs remains closed)
On some dates, we may rent the lower level only, 2 queen beds, all other amenities and keep the upper level closed. Sleeps 4, call for details.
Price:
$225 per night, plus sales tax and applicable fees, whole house.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation 30 days or more in advance of scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days in advance of their scheduled arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit or amount of one night unless the house is re-booked, in which case the full deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded. However, no refunds will be given for cancellations less than seven days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, and no refunds can be made for early departures.
